租屋

我係嚟到英國先開始搵屋，基本上隔離十日期間就不斷上網睇租盤，一睇到啱心水嘅就打電話俾經紀，約時間睇樓，順便講埋自己打算搵咩樓盤，睇吓有冇一啲未放上網嘅盤可以預早去睇樓。 第一日出去睇樓，原本約咗兩間，點知出門口嘅時候第一間個經紀就打俾我話嗰間屋今日有人落咗deposits, 所以唔能夠去睇。 第二間屋係喺openrent 找的。直接同個業主deal. 睇完間屋，各方面都唔錯，咁我哋就同個業主傾下一步應該點，點知業主話呢幾日一共有差唔多20人睇咗間屋而嚟緊三四日都繼續有人嚟睇，weekend 佢就會決定租比邊一個。業主又講20人當中已經有6 個話interested, 當中有兩個係香港家庭。 第二日約左睇五間，有車就會方便一啲。其中一間，佢係包傢俬的，個業主都好Nice，佢話月尾會搬走，不過會攞走主人房張床，佢會買嗰張新嘅俾我。不過呢間亦都有好多人睇，更加有一個現在做緊ref. Check.. 有啲agent 係要求有6個月uk bank statements. 有啲agent 係要求有工作證明先至安排你去睇樓。ref. Check 有機會問你過往六年你嘅居住證明。 呢度較為多用post code ，例如話俾agent 知想搵屋在RG12,RG5, RG6 。我一共俾咗六個post code agent 找。 有小朋友嘅家庭就記得問吓Council 你小朋友嘅年紀邊啲學校有位。方便搵屋嘅時候搵返學校附近。 我哋喺隔離嗰10日就直接咁樣上網站搵屋。因為已經喺英國，又有英國電話，啲agent都樂意打返電話俾我。亦試過video live 睇屋。亦試過有一間Agent 公司拒絕，因為冇英國嘅工作證明。 最好有車啦，咁就方便啲.... 我試過... 一日睇左5間..... 每次睇... 大慨10-15分鐘，之後就會揸住架車，兜下周圍.... 試過有一個業主，我睇完之後我表達有意思租，佢就話要等多幾日，因為之前已經約咗一啲人黎睇樓，希望收集晒所有有興趣嘅人，最後一次過揀邊一個可以租佢間屋。 有人話每日check 下right move 有冇咩新盤，我覺得呢個係一個方法，不過如果再想快啲不妨聯絡當地經紀，因為有啲盤未上rightmove, 佢哋都已經可以睇到間屋。有啲地方競爭激烈，我之前睇過一間屋原來已經有六七個人有興趣。所以如果你係第一或者第二個人睇間屋，又盡快決定，咁你可以
